　　能檢測色譜柱流出組分及其量的變化的器件。指機械的、電子的或化學器件，用于區分、記錄或指示環境中某一變量的變化，如溫度、壓力、電荷、電磁輻射、核輻射、粒子或分子等。如紫外檢測器是將通過待測物質后的光強變化轉化為電信號的器件，這類信號轉換器英文中又稱為transducer

　　又稱鑒定器。是檢測色譜分離組分物理或化學性質或含量變化（多數情況是將其轉化為相應的電壓、電流信號）的一種儀器裝置。它是色譜系統中的關鍵部件，色譜分離過程的眼睛。

　　要求
