B摻雜調控Si_(0.85)Ge_(0.15)合金的熱電性能研究
摘要: SiGe合金是重要的高溫熱電材料,其熱電性能的優化一直備受關注。采用電弧熔煉和熱壓燒結成功制備了Si_(0.85)Ge_(0.15)B_x(x=0.01,0.015,0.04,0.045,0.05,0.06)合金。利用X射線衍射技術、掃描電子顯微鏡并結合能譜技術對樣品的物相結構、微觀形貌和化學成分進行了表征。研究了B摻雜對Si_(0.85)Ge_(0.15)合金的電熱輸運性能影... (共6頁)
